*Some* flights are going. Some are being cancelled with very little notice, leaving people stranded.
*Some* flights are departing and arriving on time. Many are not.
Baggage is being lost or delayed.
Service is appalling.
Qantas is the worst of the domestic airlines but the others are not great.
To say nothing of the third wave of Covid we are experiencing at present, and being locked in a metal tube for hours where many people refuse to use even basic hygiene measures...
Is it any wonder people are choosing not to travel?
(TBH, at present it is safer to be overseas than it is to be in Australia. The new case rate here is five times as high as US or UK.)
