From memory they were performing some type of feasability study on a gold or copper development from one of those assets, with pretty much s**t all gold/copper, what they're gonna produce 1573oz/pa - yea that will help nothing!
remember FEX is an incorporation, that FMS owns, FMS tried to sell it, but couldn't therefore FEX is still owned by FMS and FEX has its own obligations to fulfill as a company, including paying the excs, its not the 'assets' that FMS own, its the company that owns those assets = FEX.
Don't confuse the facts. Read the prospectus or disclosure document.
