Todds big problem at the moment is that for any decision to be made by FMS, they are excluded from voting on anything related to BBIG. Wouldn't that all disappear if FMS was the sole proponent? As Todd has more than 50% of FMS shares, arguably it has significant control over the company and this would enable them to get what they wanted for most things to be voted on as they would no longer be excluded from the vote?
