I chose to sell at 29.5 prior to the halt because the downside was far more significant if the deal didn't go ahead than the upside waiting for a half cent extra in the mail, or a higher bid. If the sp plummets then there are some who will make a lot of money when the deal DOES finally go through. Who stands to make the most, were mgt aware of this court action and when? Work it out and you too can make some money.
