How can a minor shareholder stop the whole company from doing what the majority shareholders have decided?

They must have some weird courts and judges in Russia?

Looks like we will have to wait until April 25 for the next hearing on this. But I expect other interests will get their own legal opinions on the likely outcome and we should see that in the sp tomorrow.
