Sugbess,
Its a two fold effect here.
1. 320-390mt tonnes - Is only a conceptual estimate. We don't have drilling cores or the like, just a Geo estimate. Hence there is always the 'uncertainty' surrounding this stock and its tenement
2. Valuation - how can one value this stock when there are no concrete numbers/data to work with.
On the flip side;
1. Geo has stated that it conceptually has 320-390mt tonnes - and as you have aplty pointed out is $0.52c per share of value. We are now only $0.14c per share of value...hence I can see a gap up to $0.26c to be conservative.
2. FMG are involved and are in discussion with management.
Its how one views the stock. Coincidentally, I bought more FDLOA because I know this will and should break 0.175 tommorow.
Cheers
