The Flinders situation is proof positive of how screwed up the Native Title legislation is in this country. I commend Thomas and the TAR team for their patience & tenacity in pursuing the opportunity given the non-commercial actions of the counterparties. Notwithstanding this, just goes to show you how good Flinders must be that they haven't given up on it & behaved impeccably during this arduous and frustrating process.
