flip a coin to sell rental property

    i purchased a property almost 5 years ago for $100k......had three agents out y/day to gove me an idea of a "sell" price.

    they were all close @ around $300-$320k max...

    i own the property outright...

    rent return is solid considering my initial investment of $100.

    current rental per week is $285 bucks.

    no doubt ive missed the top of the market as i could have realistically sold for $350k plus beginning of the year...

    i dont need to cash out but feel now is a good time to consolidate my finances and start looking further at blue chips for the next 5 years...i feel the returns on solid blue chips even if they slide further will outperform the housing market for the next five years.

    wont be buying into blue chips straight away but will slowly ease into them in the new year.

    any thoughts?
