ok I will bite....why sell ?? you are getting a good return at about 5%...notice some of the banks are only offering similar rates for deposits.... interest rates should come down a lot more 2-3 % the base rate should be 4% by xmas.... I would not go back into the markets....but if you truly want to , why not keep the house...take out a loan to buy into stocks...at a nice low rate of course...the interest is tax deductible if everything keeps going belly up...you will still have renters... but then I am a prop bull, biased towards property
