Did a short jon during the G20 and had the option of Australian Super (an industry based fund)
On the sign up form stated I didn't want Insurance IP death cover etc which meant nothing coming out.
Strangley months later received letter stating account amount was ZERO
When I phoned them went through all the bullshit and got to didn't want any fees to come out for the above which was stated on the original form.
Idiot told me I should have filled out another form for that-really why put it on the original-no answer
If this is the way Industry based Funds are run then no wonder we are in trouble
