the reason why SP is at .33c is because chinese dont know how to put a deal together (and that includes the NDRC).

Its taken them 18 months and counting. The whole deal has been dissected down and studied and appraised several times over.
SDL reasource in the meantime has significantly improved only reinforcing the commerciallity of the deal, and these ......knuckles are still deliberating. Over what!!
