No booz it's not just you, makes no sense to sell PPOR to rent. Even if property prices was falling.
PPOR is more than just an asset.
Few people renting would not prefer to own their own home, why would you want restrictions on what you can do to the house, rent inspections and the prospect of having to move with 6 weeks notice?
