Just having a look now. The obvious statement here is that they clearly overestimated the demand in the original prospectus, and instead of the $8m being the minimum, they got $5m. Register not handled well, and obviously when there was no stag evident, people bailed. Looks a bit better value now, but not familar with their other prospects.. Structure looks a bit complicated. Certainly as you mention worth keeping an eye on as a price signal for our interested party...
