assuming all options are excercised you have to do a DCF Model to give a correct valuation. to not do so and include them in your working is pure manipulation.
A very good point indeed! Thanks for pointing that out. Given that, I'd agree that ODN is trading at a sizable discount to fair value primarily based on its holdings in VPE.
