Upwork could just copy and improve FLN systems and save itself how much to buy out FLN? Just dont see where the takeover incentive will come from. FLN does not show it makes any money for shareholders although it seems to me that the main staff shareholders are making money out of selling shares to fln after being purchased by same shareholders at more than they buy on market. well it seems that way to me. so where is the profit margin going? Is it hidden somewhere and can be used to pay for the borrowing capital cost?
