The founders hold an absolute majority of shares, and both Simon and Matt hold a blocking stake individually should they have a falling out. They previously rejected offers that valued the business over $1.40.
I don't think there is any possibility of a takeover any time soon.
I personally see this as a huge positive, as I think this business has the potential to grow to many multiples its current size, and want to hold for that growth, not be forced out and watch somebody else book the gains.
