Nothing to surprise about the rise. The SP was sailing around $1.86 only 2 years ago. The company always had + $34M cash. Just because Escrow didn't skyrocket as -stupidly- expected and FLN didn't showed 2-3 figures growth, SP gradually dropped and dropped. While the impatient ones were down-talking and cheering up for selling it at 0.60, patient ones (including company directors) are going to reap the benefits now.
