Given recent volume and price movement, sheer size of that single trade suggests it could be related to, at a minimum, someone building a stake. For what purpose - that is up for conjecture.
FWIW: Since listing in 2013, there have been only 9 days (including today) where the total daily volume of FLN shares traded on the ASX has exceeded 2 million.
