With hindsight I do wonder why the company knocked back the previous takeover offer given today's share price. Does anyone have any insight here?
I still maintain that technically this looks sound. If anyone here is a follower of Stan Weinstein you will see that this is breaking out into stage 2 after a stage 1 base.
