Wasn't there a huge shortfall which had to be underwritten by DJ Carmichael Pty Limited

The market is not rewarding the Track acquisition as it is possible the market views the cost structure and debt of the acquisition as far to high for a business still in its early days

I hope for all shareholders sake they can show great growth in revenues and earnings of the course of 2016 and either commence reducing debt or re finance at market rates
