CM8m does not have a huge share registry compared to most similar ASX listed stocks

IMO, further limited dilution would not have been a problem for shareholders as the share price imo would have been much higher then current levels

Unfortunately there was a huge shortfall from retail investors and others when initial Track CR was announced.

I believe this would have been a far better approach then the current debt structure it has.. Even a combination of debt and dilution would have been better and was probably what Dom was hoping for..
