Don't be so sure.. many companies which float and then issue profit guidances have really struggled to recover in recent times.. examples, TPW, WLD, MEA

Not a good luck.. I reckon they knew that this was coming and floated to pass the risk off to investors.

I do agree with you it is a harsh reaction given the percentage in EBIT we are talking about.. but trust comes into as well...
