Being a ex floty i would of thought it depends on the circuit ie skim air to tank cells (roughers) to scavs to cleaners than to recleaners. All circuits are different and can be configured a million different ways.

As for recovery cyanide plays a direct role as it doesnt just suppresses arsenic it suppresses everything, hence why if you use to much the flots go very frothy pulling no con off and you get a massive tails spike.

Its a balancing act between the ore, reagents, levels, pull rate, tph etc etc.
