Yes, on one hand, it is to be expected that he publicly spins it this way. Most other depressed companies do. Just read from Zip just yesterday… Delusional… But here, the problems are quite acute, and a CR is needed within 6 months or less. And all we heard is about the cash that would be raised from exercising options (delusional from here), and a CR for growth to tap into new market. A question to be asked at the AGM is about contingency plans in the likely scenario that no funds will be raised from options exercise. I am not hoping much but that question has to be addressed seriously.
