has anyone been able to figure out exactly what the definition of "emerging companies" under the proposed changes to the siv and piv visas?

visa holders have to invest in managed funds that invest in emerging companies - wondering whether ahz meets the criteria and cant seem to track anything down.

also when they say planned introduction, does this have to pass parliament? Bloody hope not as I could see it being shut down by some combination of ignorant senators who are inexplicably opposed to foreign investment. Hopefully the opposition supports this one so it sails straight through.

this could be a real game changer if people put money into small cap funds - ahz would only need a fraction of this money to shoot upwards. Does anyone know if many managed funds that invest in emerging businesses (assuming that means small cap??) include ahz in their portfolio?
