From different articles I've read the flooding in the Bowen Basin has been extensive and it will take a lot of work from companies like REL to get the mines back to where they can start producing again.

REL has a strong presence in the Bowen Basin (if you got to their website under the projects section you can read more) and the recent closure by BHP of their Norwich coal mine will not effect the company as they did not have a site presence there.

The company update in June will make for interesting reading.
