The Major access is from SA along the Strez track & Dillons Hwy to Innamincka...Same for Santos - Strez track to Moomba
However getting to the lease is a different matter...

The access from Qld would be blocked coming from Jackson before the Nappa bridge which will take weeks to be navigable.
End of the day the Innamincka area is a flood plains area, but where the wells are it is well above the flood areas, so the actual site would not be flooded just the access roads - which will take some weeks to dry out to be able to be open to TRUCKS - supplies
I see that the Birdsville track has this advise -anticipated closure until mid May 2010....the B/ville track is a long way from Innamincka but that is the advise coming from Dept of transport
