Dont get to excited, BHP has flooded mines, it has been in the press for a number of days now for all to read & research, it will take them some time to pump out the water and dispose of it plus repair the damaged machinery left stranded, not to mention the rail lines.
"BHP, Rio, Macarthur Coal Ltd. and Anglo American Plc are among producers that have declared force majeure, a legal clause invoked by companies when they can?t meet obligations because of circumstances beyond their control.
