Well, I can write the next drilling report now.

These boys can't take a trick. every time they drill, it rains. Maybe they would be better off selling their rain making skills, or do something unusual, and drill in the dry season. Actually the plan should be to drill in the wet, and by the time they get through their delays, it will be the dry season.
