Moly has got FIRB approval on sales of 51% of the company to China.
When will MLX get FIRB approval on its tin project sale and APAC placement? MLX has sent the applications to FIRB for a few months.
I am confident that Jinchuan will 100% move Wingellina project forward, and Wingellina shares the same ore properties with Jinchuan nickel ores. And I doubt that APAC's interest in MLX is held for Jinchuan.
Now comes JV with RIO, everything looks fine except MLX has 1 billion shares on issue.
