I have sent Dave a Q on INL's forum and am awaiting an A.
Regarding the last 4 conversions being below the stated floor price.
I'm thinking they might be a little busy at the moment but in the meantime
I think this quoted extract may partially explain.
"Has a floor price of .01c"
"the company may elect (notice the MAY) to refuse such a conversion in exchange for the redemption of the portion of the La Jolla Note that La Jolla sought to convert plus any paid and accrued interest at 120% of the amount"
I'll wait on Daves clarification and advise all interested to read the original document in case I've misquoted.
