Where did you read they are not allowed to have the operator fix a block out of place during SAT?
You know when you make assumptions you make an ass out of yourself.
The two conditions are built to certification and built to a minimum speed. You would think the SAT would be built under normal conditions which includes one operator plus to hands. So long as the blocks are corrected and overall structure built within time frame that should suffice.
BTW, I don't see what everyone is talking about with the wall. The wall looks incredibly straight to me.
I think it's more a case of people trying to spread more FUD, if you ask me.
