    Expect the reason for the 2nd SAT would be:
    - biggest reason .... SAT build can be done in 2 1/2 hours. So VIP's can see the process from start to end in a short time. To do a full house build, might be say 8-12 hours. At least SAT they can very quickly see the speed of set up, laying first course of blocks and the completed structure to height of single storey. This will clearly demonstrate the process in 1/2 day. Leaving plenty of time for the wining and dining of VIP's where the real deals will happen. They won't care it is only 25% of a full house in floor area. They will be more interested in the build accuracy and features required for adherence to specification.
    - of more minor importance site access / management / safety easier to manage in a "parking lot", rather than on a building site in the middle of an estate.

    There will then be plenty of opportunities for VIP's to see the demonstration builds of complete houses later.

    For anyone who has worked in manufacturing environments would know there are always even minor issues which cause machine downtime. In the real world this will not be an issue as the build schedule would just be adjusted or more time spent on site to complete. No equipment has 100% uptime. Last thing you want to do for VIP build is not be able to complete the build on the day, or ask them to spend a few more hours on site at the end of a long day.

    2nd SAT, with 2 1/2 hour build is a good risk managed approach for VIP's.
