Thanks for volunteering your time to be the American eyes and ears of the forum.
As a guess I would say that the HX will be in customs for a week and then driven to FM were they will put the boom and laying head onto the machine (someone previously mentioned that they were shipped in two components.
I would suggest that you look at Old castle lay down yard
at FM they have a large commercial facility that could be used to install the boom but the facility looks too small to do an internal test build.
it looks to me that they have pallets of bricks in the yard.
