I did some digging and got a response from new century usa,
because i seen this picture:
this was from December 2024, the first house in Florida build by HADRIAN x already was given a complete roof, new century usa said it is this model:
new century usa also said almost all builds are nearing 100% completion and that the model's are hot sellers and go for around 250k to 300k usa dollars, they said these houses are in huge demand because most of the population can afford them, and there is a huge shortage of affordable houses.
They said with Hadrian x they could supply the entire usa with these kinds of houses and some more expensive one's also.
