To some enquiries on "who paid for appeal?"; the Appeal was dismissed with costs, WC to pay. So far no firm dismissal of Judge Perram's involvement in Yes/No to confidential settlement terms; still to be announced. Court's pronouncement of "it must be in the best interests of members" still applies. Well, these are my hallucinations from today; which are yours?
