How much value do you put on Nick Bolton the ex Managing Director who is on a 3 year holiday.
It seems a lot. Since his resignation the share price has dropped by 2 cents and the remaining board seem to have a loss of direction.
On top of that the CFO resigned yesterday, was he pushed or has he seen the writing on the wall for KBC without Bolton. In the meantime other shares that Keybridge have major holdings in also seem to have lost direction.
Interesting times for KBC
