That sounds a bit far fetched to me.
Knowing how PB works, if the flow rates were looking so good that they needed bigger pumps I doubt that he would be able to hold back from telling the whole Universe about the good news.

The longer you don't get any news the more likely that its a non commercial flow rate.

Personally I will be very surprised if the results are good but there is always a chance as that's the beauty of oil exploration.
