Think they released flow rate early, so as to stave off sp drop as the market crashed

I think this was good, not bad.
At least it tells us a bit of info, and the market, so people don't panic tooo much

will be more ann's to come it seems, not exactly sure what. am at work so can't read too much, but check previous posts
