lets look at it realisticly.. BUR is now below its book value.. you would only sell this low if BUR was about to go bust.

but its not, its gonna make $10mil P.A now, and really is worthy of being up around $1 mark.

if you own BUR stock, your plan was to sell it in 2 maybe 3 years time at the end of the drilling program.. as such the buying price cant hurt you as your not intending to sell

however, you can exploite these morons selling their stock far below what its worth and move those shares into your port folio..

think about it.. here are two sinario's.. tell me, which one can you personally make more money out of

a) you buy a stock and it steadly keeps going up over 3 years and you buy more along the way

b) you buy a stock under valued that remains undervaled for a long time and keep buying in but sell it at the end of those 3 years



the answer is more money to be made out of option B), the reason A) is more appealing is you like to see your profits up front.

these are very good times, dump your wages into it people.. stocks are not going to remain this undervalued for ever it might take 6 months or 12 months, but the money you will make will be far greater than if you leave it in cash in a high interest rate bank account.
