I wonder if senative information can be released to the market...

I wonder if senative information can be released to the market while Rights trading is allowed, therefore the flow rate for snapper cannot be disclosed until trading ends to-night. If this information was released early surely a ammended prospectus would have to be sent to all rights holders. Some-one may know the laws relating to this.
