Mikayla: Wholeheartedly agree that VPE wants to keep ITC's sp as low as possible by under-reporting the values. Quite obviously, they do have on their agenda the purchase of ITC. At least, this is the way I do perceive it.
I do hope that there will be alternative companies that will be bidding, because VPE is likely to make a "low ball" offer (most likely offering VPE shares instead of cash).
