    You're right jarrody - They can not withhold this type of information as it is price sensitive.

    They will release them when they have them. Knowing TEX and going by their previous announcements regarding flows etc, it won't be for a while yet.

    Good result today to end up at 6c at close and on good volume. Another week of this and look out!!!

    jarrody - have you had any word regarding the Application Form for the options/rights yet?
