Not sure I understand your point.
Are you saying that that "those on the ground" (ie. AKK's employees and contractors) are the main buyers and sellers of AKK shares?
Or are you saying that "those on the ground" would have already leaked information about flow rates to the main buyers and sellers of AKK shares?
...and so in either case, the announcement to the market won't have any effect on the share price?
