    $700M sounds excellent but that's gross, NPV value is ALOT Less .. meaning it's going to cost ALOT to develop over a long period.

    THK just doesn't have that kind of money and will probably need to farmdown, I suspect. Gaining a major with their own rig would solve alot of problems.
