That flare is a 705 MMCFD flare from a 7" tubing & 9-5/8" liner via 6" choke in PNG at Antelope-2. It broke all sorts of records including highest gas column & rates seen at the nearby welltest at Ant#1 of 383 MMcfd on 3.5" choke (or 545 MMcfd on 6" chk & 7" tubing). ELK-1 & 4 did 102 & 105 MMCFD from 4.5" tubing.
I doubt WE-4 has that sort of a configuration downhole. More like 5.5" casing & x" tubing. They need a decent flowrate, minimal pressure drawdown etc to rejig their 2C estimates to add a high degree of confidence to engage with the Insto's. Anyone from the fanclub lurking around the paddock with a drone??
