I think it is pretty well accepted by people in SA, where I reside, that SA may have more than enough uranium to power itself for a thousand + years, but-:

a. It (SA) doesn't really care to have a nuclear power station.

b. It would be extremely uneconomical given the small size
of our population and the sixe of N-plants.

c. GDY, in my view, will illuminate enough light bulbs
shortly to convince the most cynical that South
Australia is blest with the most desirable energy
source available anywhere IN THE WORLD.

What is more, it will be on-line, supplying low cost,
base load, green power to this state and the national
grid long before any nuclear power station could get the
designs and approvals done and have the first sod turned
even if was thought an option.
