if you read the last statement, what it means is that investors who participated in the previous CRs can not sell their shares until after 2 years. i guess the falling of share price due to short manipulations and lack of new investors. keep in mind this company was value more than 1B just couple of months ago. plenty of upside especially lithium price starts to pick up.
