I didn't read the businessgreen article, but the Marinet wave testing report was interesting.
I hadn't thought about marine life growth on the Ceto units - I wonder if that isn't a maintenance issue of itself (de-fouling the surface) or would marine growth not affect the unit's performance.
Nothing mentioned on the PWEP C5's after a years exposure to marine conditions.
