Goldie et all, all is good in (not so sunny) Sydney.

Have been away and was hoping to return some green on my portfolio screen but alas, all I can still see is red.

After walking the plank and seeing our vessel drift downwind into uncharted waters I was glad to be away from the real world for a little while.

18c means I can stop treading water, clamber my way back on board to an ‘even keel’ and set sail once more for Treasure Island.

When-oh-when is the good ship Investigator going to get some wind behind her sails? Will we see Father Christmas flying point to guide us to the “Big X” (it marks the spot)? Or are we going to have to wait for the Easter Bunny to lead us to his magical burrow filled with goldies...sorry goodies?

Hoist up the ‘western’ sheets and lets go Captain JA otherwise there may be mutiny on board.

It can’t be long now. It really, really can’t....but I have been saying such things & been believing such things since April of this year.
